Loading... Please wait...Our pulled-pork is a Porchetta, an Italian pulled pork — seasoned so well it doesn’t need a sauce. The ham is rubbed with fennel, brown sugar and rosemary, and then braised on a bed of fennel, carrots, onions and potato. The vegetables are then mixed into the pulled pork. Serve as a sandwich, use in an ommelette, top a salad or offer as a center plate. It’s hard to go wrong.

Rich, tasty, lip smacking! And oh, so convenient. Freeze a quart or two if you can get it to the freezer. It's a great quick supper--thaw, pop on buns, add a side salad and a couple of half sours. I was raised on Southern pulled pork, and this is tops! Yum!
